For many years the 1 K 8 airport was a nice 3200’ grass runway known as Craig County Airport or Ketchum Airport. A new airport authority formed, the name of the airport changed, and a Master Plan developed to build a full service regional airport. The plan includes; 6,000’ hard surface runway, fuel, rental hangers, hanger lease plots, FBO facilities, lots for service shops, and other amenities. |
